Rustam Minnikhanov hands over Duslyk Order to Ravil Muratov

On August 30, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over the Duslyk Order to former First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ravil Muratov, who celebrated his 70th anniversary.

During 1995-2003, Muratov held a post of First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic and has been Aide to Tatarstan President since 2014.

The Order is awarded for special contribution to strengthening the international authority of Tatarstan, friendship and cooperation between the republic and foreign countries and other entities of Russia and also for a significant contribution to the development of economic, trade, scientific, technical, social, cultural ties and industrial potential, effective investment, charitable and social activities for the prosperity of the republic.
