Rustam Minnikhanov visits the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre

On August 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre – the main venue of the 45th WorldSkills Competition to be held in Kazan on August 22-27, 2019.

Minnikhanov told Acting Governor of the Astrakhan Region Igor Babushkin and Acting Head of the Republic of Kalmykia Batu Khasikov about preparations for the world championship, the construction of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre and its features.

Director General of the Directorate for Sports and Social Projects Azat Kadyrov, Aide to Tatarstan President - Director General of Kazan Expo Robert Minnegaliev made explanations during the inspection.

In particular, Kadyrov spoke about the clusters, where the competition venues are located.

The guests together with Minnikhanov looker around the Kazan Expo Exhibition Centre and appreciated its readiness to host the WorldSkills Competition.
