Rustam Minnikhanov visits the Accreditation Centre and WorldSkills Village during the preparation for the 45th WorldSkills Competition

On August 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov checked the readiness of the facilities for holding the 45th WorldSkills Competition in Kazan. In particular, he visited the Universiade Village, to be called WorldSkills Village during the competition, where got acquainted with the living conditions of the participants and also visited the Accreditation Centre. The centre has already begun its work and Tatarstan President was the first official who was handed in his accreditation badge.

For the convenience of competitors, trainers and experts, one of the badge distribution points is located in the WorldSkills Village.

The Office of the Federal Migration Service in Tatarstan will operate in the Village during the competition.

Minnikhanov also got acquainted with the equipment of the participants, a special uniform for volunteers, experts, judges, etc.

Later on the same day, Tatarstan President went to Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, the main venue for holding WorldSkills Competition and held a meeting on its preparation and holding.
