A meeting of the Regional Council on the preservation of biological water resources held at the Government House of the republic

On July 23, at the Government House of the republic, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin held a meeting of the Regional Council on the preservation of biological water resources.

Senior officials from 17 riverside municipal regions of the republic took part in the meeting through videoconference. The meeting summed up the outcome of the Nerest (spawning) operation and the results of work of  interdepartmental regional groups in the first half of the year.

Participants of the Regional Council on the preservation of biological water resources of Tatarstan made reports at the meeting.

Special attention was paid to the illegal sale of fish products along the roads.

It was noted at the meeting that it is necessary to intensify work on the identification of illegal structures on water bodies.
