Tatarstan President takes part in the launch of a new plant for the production of construction chemicals in the Alabuga SEZ

On July 17, in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Metallurgy and Materials Department of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade Pavel Servatinsky took part in the launch of a new plant of TechnoNICOL Alabuga for the production of construction chemicals.

Minnikhanov emphasized that the implementation of this project will contribute to the solution of major tasks in the construction sphere, previously set by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Servatinsky congratulated everyone on the launch of the new production facilities and expressed confidence that the plant’s products will take a worthy place in the construction market. He also delivered a congratulatory telegram from Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov.

The plant with rated capacity of 10,000 tonnes a year, will manufacture over 60 kinds of products, including special products for non-mechanical fastening of various building materials. It is planned to launch a second line and double the production capacity during three years.

The plant corresponds to high environmental safety standards and is built on the principle of a closed cycle.
