Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities: As many as 1,408,400 square meters of housing, which makes 58 per cent of the plan for the current year, commissioned in Tatarstan

On July 1, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of June 28, 2019, as many as 1,408,400 square meters of housing, which makes 58 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

He also said that during six months of the current year, the State Construction Inspectorate of the republic has carried out 702 inspections and issued 154 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 5m 955 thousand roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Self-regulatory organizations have carried out inspections at 597 member organizations.

Faizullin continued that as many as 165 houses for 7,838 apartments with the total area of 144,600 square meters are planned to be commissioned under the investment programme of Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic.

As of June 28, the Fund has reported to the statistics agencies on 46 houses for 2,494 apartments with the total area of 144,600 square meters under the investment programme.

Certificates have been issued to all 33 large families with 5 or more children participating in the programme within the budget funds allocated for the improvement of the living conditions of certain categories of citizens in 2019.

It is planned to accommodate 54 young families and 309 orphans and children left without parental care in the current year.

As many as 59 houses are planned to be built under the multi-apartment houses investment programme, 30 of them are in a high degree of readiness.

As many as 4,723 of 7,325 planned houses have been commissioned under individual housing construction.

Faizullin also reported on the construction of rural clubs, medical and obstetric centres and outpatient centres.

The construction of 31 universal sports grounds has been completed.

The construction of six block-modular skiing centres is underway.

As many as 27 kindergartens are planned to be constructed and two of them have been completed.
