President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has signed Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On making amendments in Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “About freedom of conscience and religious associations.” The law is aimed at protecting human and civil rights and liberties, preventing religious extremism, and promoting consolidation of confessional and inter-confessional harmony.

Text of the Law will be officially published in mass media resources.
