President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov entrusted Chief of the RT State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service Vasily Kudryashov with checking all houses built in 2011-2012 under social mortgage program for construction and other defects.

The task was given in connection with frequent appeals of citizens who obtained housing under social mortgage program received by many agencies. Messages were also sent to the “People’s control” system and Rustam Minnikhanov’s Twitter account.
