Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of the Talent and Success Educational Foundation Elena Shmeleva

On May 28, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Talent and Success Educational Foundation Elena Shmeleva discussed issues of interaction in the identification and support of talented youth.

The parties signed an agreement on cooperation between Tatarstan and the Foundation. In particular, the document envisages the establishment of a regional centre for gifted children in the republic modelled on Sirius Educational Centre in Sochi.
