On May 23, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regular board meeting chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov Director General of the holding Rafinat Yarullin made a keynote report on company’s activity in 2018.
The company continued to actively attract modern technologies and leading companies to the petrochemical complex of Tatarstan. The main tasks of the holding such as the promotion of innovative projects, provision of raw materials to enterprises and the development of cluster, interregional and international relations were successfully implemented.
The analysis of trends in the petrochemical complex and marketing research of oil and gas processing product markets were implemented.
Shareholders approved the annual accounts for 2018 and decided to invest the net profit of the previous year, which amounted to 3.7 billion roubles, to the development of the holding.
Shareholders elected the Board of Directors that included 26 people. There were some changes, in particular, Director General of Innopolis Special Economic Zone Renat Halimov replaced his predecessor Igor Nosov and Deputy Prime Minister of the republic -Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaykhutdinov replaced Advisor to Tatarstan President on oil industry Renat Muslimov who retired.
Minnikhanov was reelected the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Yarullin approved to the post of Director General of the company.
