Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov visited three municipal regions of republic – Drozhzhanovsky, Buinsky,Tetyushsky to get acquainted with harvest works.

The working trip started from the visit to a comprehensive school of the Drozhzhanovsky region. Then, head of the parliament went to a family farm of Shaukat Aimetov.

Later on, a meeting with agricultural producers, chiefs of settlements and farmers was held. Farid Mukhametshin reminded that at one of the last meetings the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov expressed concern about preparation for the beginning of harvest works and required to implement them properly.

Marat Akhmetov noted the importance of covering harvest rates in municipal press and attraction of young personnel.

In the interview head of the parliament said that the Tatarstan President suggested that republican authorities should visit municipal regions during harvest campaign.

According to Marat Akhmetov, expected republican harvest will make about 3,5 mln tons. 4 thousand combines are operating on fields to ensure well-organized and high-quality harvesting. Operational staffs of republican and municipal levels have been arranged.
