Tatarstan President arrives on a working visit in the Republic of Turkey

On May 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in the Republic of Turkey. During his visit, Minnikhanov will head for Bursa and Istanbul, where he will meet senior officials of Turkish provinces and representatives of local business, as well as will visit a number of enterprises.

Tatarstan President will visit the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he will have a meeting with Governor of Bursa province Yakup Canbolat and attend a business forum with the participation of business circles of Tatarstan and Turkey.

Then, Minnikhanov will visit a number of enterprises in the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone.

Besides, later on today, Tatarstan President will visit Mercedes-Benz Turk Bus Factory and meet activists of the Tatar community living in Istanbul.

Tomorrow, on the 16th of May, Minnikhanov will have a meeting with leaders of a number of Turkish companies, as well as Minister of Trade of Turkey Ruhsar Pekcan in Istanbul. 

Then, Minnikhanov plans to participate in Tatarstan-Turkey business forum, meet Istanbul Province Governor, Acting Mayor of Istanbul Ali Yerlikaya and visit the Public Record Office of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Turkey and the Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
