Rustam Minnikhanov inspects the progress of the sowing campaign in Elabuga municipal region of the republic

On May 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Akhmetov, Head of Elabuga municipal region of the republic Gennady Yemelyanov made a helicopter fly over the fields located near rural settlements of Elabuga region.

At one of the fields, where an exhibition of products of local farmers was organized, Minnikhanov met heads of farms, investors of agro-industrial complex and heads of the region’s rural settlements.

Head of the region reported that the sowing campaign is on schedule without any problems.

In his turn, Akhmetov said that the region features good indicators.

Minnikhanov wished the regional farmers successful completion of the sowing campaign and good harvest.
