Rustam Minnikhanov meets an actor and a producer Ville Juhana Haapasalo

On May 6, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Finnish-Russian actor and producer Ville Juhana Haapasalo discussed issues of cooperation in the promotion of the tourist potential of Tatarstan.

Haapsalo said that he shoots a series of programmes dedicated to travel.

Traveling by train from Moscow to Vladivostok, he has shot the cycle of series “Through Russia in Thirty Days”. The programme, broadcast on Finnish state TV channel YLE-TEEMA, gathered a huge audience.

Haapasalo proposed to shoot the cycle of programmes about Tatarstan as one of the original regions of Russia. It is supposed to shoot 10 episodes.
