Upon arrival Chief of the Tatarstan Parliament and the foreign guest headed for the Consulate general of Turkey in Kazan to take part in opening of the photo exhibition “Kazan and Tatarstan as seen by the Turks”. In addition, a meeting of the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with the Turkish Minister of culture and tourism is supposed to be held today.
