On March 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Sochi to take part in the final of the contest of managers “Leaders of Russia”.
Minnikhanov has been a mentor of the contest since 2018.
“Leaders of Russia" is a project aimed at developing a system of upward mobility in the country. The purpose of the contest is to identify, develop and support promising managers with a high level of leadership skills and managerial competencies.
This year the final of the contest is held in Sochi on March 13-17. Three hundred of the best managers from across the country, who have successfully passed correspondence and full-time tests, will compete in the most ambitious personnel project in Russia.
On March 15, the invited mentors will be involved in assessment events of the final. They will see how the finalists solve management cases together and will evaluate their work. On this day, a panel discussion is scheduled with the participation of members of the Elbrus Leaders Club.
This morning, Minnikhanov took part in a briefing for mentors held by Chairman of the Expert Council of the Competition, Business Consultant, Division Manager on Personnel Development and Implementation of Changes Pavel Bezruchko.
