Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit in Izhevsk

On March 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Izhevsk (the capital of the Udmurt Republic, Russian region) to take part in the Council meeting under Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District on implementation of measures aimed at identification, support and development abilities and talents of children and young people and their personnel promotion.

Later on the same day, Tatarstan President will take part in the meeting of Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Nikolai Patrushev and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov.
