Rustam Minnikhanov meets Director of the Endowment Fund of the National University of Science and Technology "MISiS" Nurlat Kiyasov

On March 11, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director of the Endowment Fund of the National University of Science and Technology "MISiS" (the NUST "MISiS") Nurlat Kiyasov discussed possible areas of cooperation.  

The Endowment Fund was established in 2011 and focuses exclusively on the financing and development of the activities of the NUST "MISiS".

The Fund's mission consists in supporting and developing research and development activities, improving the facilities of the university, building a new campus of the NUST "MISiS", developing advanced educational programmes, maintaining highly qualified human resources, scholarship and grant support for undergraduate and graduate students of the NUST "MISiS”.

Speaking at the meeting, Kiyasov said that the fund includes donations from graduates and partners of the university.

Today, the fund has more than 500 benefactors and has implemented about 45 projects.
