Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates Tatarstan skier Khristina Matsokina on gold medal at the Winter Universiade - 2019

On March 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram of congratulations to Tatarstan skier Khristina Matsokina, President of Cross-Country Ski Federation of Russia Elena Vyalbe, President of the Tatarstan Federation of Ski Race and Biathlon Ilshat Fardiev, member of the presidium of Cross-Country Ski Federation of Russia, Head coach of Tatarstan national teams Eduard Galeev and Rector of the Volga Region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism Yusup Yakubov.

Matsokina together with Aleksander Terentiev won gold of the mixed team sprint at the Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk.
