Tatarstan President meets Linde delegation

On March 7, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Linde delegation (Germany).

Minnikhanov emphasized that for two decades Linde has been a reliable partner for petrochemical enterprises of the republic. 

Tatarstan President noted that Linde is implementing large-scale projects in other Russian regions. In particular, Minnikhanov said that he had visited the ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex under construction in the Tyumen Region. The German company is taking part in this project. Linde is also cooperating with Gazprom.

Today, Linde is involved in the construction of a new ethylene complex at Nizhnekamskneftekhim. “It will be a major ethylene production centre. I was told that at the moment all work is on schedule,” Tatarstan President added.

Minnikhanov noted that Tatarstan is considering prospects for interaction with Linde in the field of natural gas processing.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Linde Engineering, Member of the Executive Board of Linde AG Christian Bruch thanked the leadership of the republic for their attention paid to cooperation with the German company and briefly reported on the progress made in the implementation of the ethylene complex project.
