Rustam Minnikhanov invites President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman to visit Kazan during his working visit to Russia

On March 6, during his working visit to the Czech Republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Czech President Milos Zeman at Prague Castle, the residence of the president. 

Minnikhanov thanked Zeman for the opportunity to meet and interest in Tatarstan as one of the economically developed regions of Russia.

He expressed confidence that cooperation between Tatarstan and the Czech Republic will develop significantly aimed at strengthening Russian-Czech relations in the future.

For our part, we will support all joint projects, Minnikhanov said at the meeting.

He also added that this morning he has had a meeting with Czech Minister of Agriculture Miroslav Toman, at which they discussed the opportunity to organize a visit of a business delegation of Czech companies specializing in the agro-industrial complex to Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov also invited Zeman to visit Tatarstan.
