Rustam Minnikhanov meets Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russia Batyr Niyazliev

On February 28, at their meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russia Batyr Niyazliev discussed issues of development of cooperation in trade-economic, scientific-technical, humanitarian and other spheres.

Besides, Minnikhanov and Niyazliev discussed the preparation for a visit of Tatarstan delegation to Turkmenistan in April this year.
