On February 27, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Adviser to Director General of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology Ivan Bortnik discussed the issues of interaction between Tatarstan and the Fund, the implementation of joint projects in education and the promotion of research and development.
