Gulshat Nigmatullina appointed Head of the Civil Registry Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan

On February 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree № UP-142 to appoint Gulshat Nigmatullina the Head of the Civil Registry Department under the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan.

Acting Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin introduced a newly appointed head of the Department to its staff.
