Russian President Vladimir Putin delivers the address to the Federal Assembly in Moscow

On February 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who paid a working visit to Moscow, took part in a ceremony of delivering the annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly.

During the Address, Russian President Vladimir Putin assessed the situation in the country and determined the main directions of domestic and foreign policy.

Federation Council members, people’s deputies, members of the Russian Government, leaders of the Constitutional Court and Supreme Court and governors - a total of about 1000 people took part in the event.
