First Vice Chairman of the RF Government Igor Shuvalov has arrived in Kazan. He was met by the RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, RT Minister of transport and road construction Lenar Safin at the Kazan international airport.

Igor Shuvalov will take part in the meeting of APEC trade ministers (the Kazan tennis academy) and see several Universiade objects under construction. In particular, he is going to visit the Gymnastics Center and the construction site of the Aquatic Sports Palace. In the afternoon, Igor Shuvalov will hold a meeting on issues of preparing and holding summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan.
