Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates KAMAZ-Master team on their victory in the Dakar 2019 International Rally

On January 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated KAMAZ-Master team on their victory in the Dakar 2019 International Rally International Rally.

Minnikhanov sent a congratulatory telegram addressed to Director General of KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin, team leader Vladimir Chagin, and members of KAMAZ-Master team.
