On January 11, in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - Chairman of the Judicial Panel for Economic Disputes Sviridenko Oleg visited the Arbitration Court of the Volga district.
At a meeting with the court staff, it was officially announced that the current chairman Yuri Glazov was reappointed to this position. The corresponding decree was signed by President of Russia Vladimir Putin on the 30th of December, 2018.
Sviridenko congratulated Glazov on his appointment, noting his high professional qualities. Being the head of the Arbitration Court of the Volga District, Glazov has managed to ensure a healthy professional environment in the team, he noted.
“You properly perform the important tasks the President of Russia assigns to the judicial community and the tasks set by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to the districts and judges. The Volga district has always been known for its professionals and an excellent legal school. You hear cases significant for the Russian economy at a high professional level,” Sviridenko said.
Tatarstan President thanked Sviridenko for appreciation of the work of the Court: “Tatarstan is one of the most industrially developed regions of our country. The resolution of economic disputes is of great importance and professional work at all levels is essential in this regard.”
Minnikhanov stressed that the reappointment of Glazov is a high level of confidence placed by the Russian President.
In his turn, Glazov thanked his colleagues for their support and diligent work.
