Rustam Minnikhanov attends the Tatar Zhyry 2018 Tatar Song Festival

On December 22, at the Pyramida Entertainment Complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with his wife attended the 19th International Tatar Song Festival “Tatar Zhyry”.
