Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the charity event "The Christmas Wish Tree"

On December 19, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the charity event “Christmas Wish Tree”, which is traditionally held on the eve of the New Year at the State Council of the republic. Children from orphanages, social shelters, socially disadvantaged families write letters to Ded Moroz, which are put on a Christmas Tree installed in the lobby of the State Council.

Today, before the 44th meeting of the State Council of the republic of the fifth convocation, Minnikhanov, State Counsellor of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Chairman of the regional State Farid Mukhametshin, parliamentarians took part in the charity event.

According to the press office of the Council, a microscope from Minnikhanov, wireless headphones from Mukhametshin and roller skates from Shaimiev will be sent to the Duslyk children's social shelter. Ded Moroz will deliver gifts to children on the 29th of December 29.
