Tatarstan President: Due to victories of the KAMAZ-Master the brand of the Naberezhnye Chelny Automaker has become well-known all over the world

On December 6, at a ceremonial event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the world-famous KAMAZ-Master racing team, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Director General of KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev congratulated drivers, mechanics, as well as old stagers of motorsports on the event.

Speaking at the ceremony, Minnikhanov read a congratulatory telegram on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who, in particular, noted the great contribution of the KAMAZ-Master team to strengthening the position of the Russian automotive industry in the national and global markets.

In his turn, Tatarstan President emphasized that KAMAZ-Master has always passed all the tests with flying colours and has repeatedly won the top three positions. “This success is the result of systematic and dedicated work of the whole KAMAZ-Master team. I express my sincere gratitude to the drivers and navigators, mechanics, test drivers and the management of the KAMAZ plant,” Minnikhanov said.

Tatarstan President stressed that due to the victories of KAMAZ-Master the brand of the Naberezhnye Chelny Automaker has become well-known far beyond the borders of Russia. “Thanks to your achievements, KAMAZ vehicles and the unbeatable KAMAZ-Master team are known and respected all over the world. I am sure that you will continue to honour us with your high sports achievements,” Minnikhanov added.

Then, Tatarstan President handed in a number of awards to representatives of the KAMAZ-Master team, who made a great contribution to the development of domestic motorsports.
