The 28th session of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fourth convocation opened today at 10 a.m. in the parliamentary assembly hall. The Presidium submitted 40 issues for consideration. The Report on activity of executive authorities of the RT for 2011 is the main issue to be discussed.

13 draft republican laws are meant to be considered. Deputies will also discuss a legislative initiative of the State Council on submitting draft federal law “On making alterations in the Federal Law “On housing and utilities reform Fund” to State Duma of the Federal Assembly.

The session is held by Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev, and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov take part in the session.
