Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in an extended meeting of the Russian State Council Presidium in Yalta

On November 23, during his working visit to the Crimea, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in an expanded meeting of the State Council Presidium held by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The meeting was held at the Mriya hotel complex as an informal dialogue between the President and heads of the regions. The meeintg considered the goals to be addressed by heads of the regions that are outlined in the Presidential Executive Order on the country’s national goals and strategic objectives to 2024.

The meeting participants gathered at round tables with separate blocks of topics. Tatarstan President, as well as Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, Russia's Presidential Aide Andrei Fursenko, Governors of Kamchatka Region, Ivanovo, Novgorod, Tomsk Regions, Acting Governor of St. Petersburg, as well as Rector of the Higher School of Economics and Head of the Almazov National Medical Research Centre were members of the subgroup themed "Demography and Healthcare", "Science", "Education".
