Igor Komarov and Rustam Minnikhanov visit plants of KAMAZ Group of Companies

On November 13, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov together with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of KAMAZ Automaker Sergey Kogogin visited plants of KAMAZ Group of Companies and got acquainted with manufacturing process of engines, cabins and assembly of ready trucks.             

During his visit to KAMAZ Automaker, Komarov also visited a track cab frame plant under construction and an automobile plant where ready-made trucks are assembled. Komarov got acquainted with all stages of truck manufacturing, from staffing cabs to connecting them with the chassis. At the end of the visit, Komarov came up to the cabin of one of the newly assembled trucks of the new model range and assessed its convenience from the point of view of the driver.
