Rustam Minnikhanov sends telegram of condolences to Governor of Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev over the flood in the Territory

On October 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram to Governor of Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev to express his condolences over the flood that took place in the Territory.

“On my own behalf and on behalf of Tatarstan citizens please accept sincere condolences over the flood in Krasnodar Territory, which caused death and destruction. We deeply mourn for killed because of natural disasters and we ask you to convey words of sympathy and support to its victims.
