Rustam Minnikhanov reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social facilities

On September 21, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the implementation capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in Tatarstan.

As of September 20, as many as 28 general education institutions, including 16 municipal schools, 12 special schools with the total funding amounting to 681.96 million roubles have been fully overhauled. As many as 25 pre-schools institutions of 94 planned with the total funding amounting to 1 bln 794.47 million roubles are being overhauled. The capital repair of 69 pre-schools institutions has been completed.

The capital repair of resource centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of September 20, as many as 4 of 11 facilities with the total funding amounting to 681.38 million roubles are being overhauled.

The overhaul of 15 cultural facilities of 42 planned with the total funding amounting to 342m 975 thousand roubles is underway. The work at 27 facilities has been completed.

Frolov also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of youth clubs, Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities, social services institutions, municipal archives and buildings of youth centres of the republic.

As many as 114 outpatient centres with the total funding amounting to 3 bln 195.72 million roubles will be overhauled in 2018.

Faizullin also reported on the preparation for the heating season in the republic.
