On September 24, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to deliver his annual address to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

On Monday, September 24, 2018, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov will deliver his annual address to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event will start at 10.00. 

Members of the Government of the republic of Tatarstan, heads of municipalities, institutions and enterprises of the republic, representatives of the public and others, in total about 600 people, are expected to be invited to the event.

Online broadcast of the annual address will be organized on the Tatarstan President’s website www.president.tatarstan.ru.
