On September 19, in Singapore, before the Russia-Singapore Intergovernmental Commission, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kampung Admiralty Health House and got acquainted with the activities of the Start-up Incubator.

The Kampung Admiralty Health House is Singapore's first care project for the elderly, suffering from dementia, and children. The project is aimed at promoting active way of life among the elderly, as well as intergenerational relations. An exceptional feature of the complex is that the elderly and children spend time together.

The complex was opened in 2018 in the northern part of Singapore in the Woodlands area and occupies two residential areas, consisting of 100 studio apartments.

During the visit to the Start-up incubator, Minnikhanov was told that the start-up industry of Singapore features the availability of financing. The average size of the initial investment is about 500,000-550,000 Singapore dollars, which is much less than, for example, in the Silicon Valley (900-950 US dollars).
