Tatarstan President and Head of the Russian Railways launch construction of a new ice palace in Yudino

On August 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO - Chairman of the Board of the Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov with participation of the young hockey players took part in a ceremony of laying the foundation stone of a new ice rink in Yudino settlement.

“As we promised, we are launching the construction of an ice palace. The project is developed, there is the documentation and all decisions are made. I am confident that we will play together on a new skating rink next year,” Tatarstan President said.

Belozerov noted that sport and the railway industry have team spirit in common. "I am sure that many young athletes, who will train in this palace, will choose work in the railway industry as their profession in the future. I am grateful to the leadership of the republic for the great attention paid to improving the quality of life in the settlement of railway workers, the development of sports infrastructure. We will also support this work,” Head of the Russian Railways added.
