Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys to new vehicles to heads of villages and municipalities of the republic

On August 29, near the building of State Council of the republic in Kazan, during a ceremony with participation of Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the republic Ekzam Gubaidullin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to new vehicles to heads of villages and municipalities of Tatarstan, who became winners of the show-contest among municipalities timed to coincide with the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov congratulated participants of the event on the forthcoming Day of the republic and thanked for joint fruitful work. “There is a support programme for local government. We allocate new cars to them every year. It helps to increase their mobility and status. I wish them to continue to work actively and to develop,” Tatarstan President said.

Gubaidullin said that the local authorities received over 1000 computers with the support of Tatarstan President. “The municipalities receive new vehicles and buses. I express my gratitude to Tatarstan President, the State Council of the republic and the Regional Government for the constant support of the local authorities,” he added.
