Rustam Minnikhanov at the reception in honor of the best families of Tatarstan: Strong family is the foundation of our country, basis of the regions

On August 27, speaking at a solemn reception for the best families of the republic on behalf of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his wife Gulsina Minnikhanova held at the Kazan Kremlin, President of the republic said that a strong family is the foundation of our country, basis of the regions. Using an example of the best families, we want to show how we should live together, love our children and strengthen our traditions, he added.

Fifty families from large and small towns, municipal regions of the republic took part in the event.

Your families are the future of our republic, Tatarstan President said, addressing the married couples at the reception. He thanked everyone for their attitude to the family, to the beautiful traditions that are preserved and strengthened.

During the event, Minnikhanov handed in state awards of the republic “Ana dany - Honor of Motherhood” to mothers with many children.

The solemn reception continued with a concert programme.
