Rustam Minnikhanov visits the largest multifunctional centre of the republic in Kazan

On August 15, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Savva Shipov visited the largest multifunctional centre of the republic in Kazan.

There are 50 windows for receiving and issuing documents, comfortable waiting areas, children's play area and consulting area.

The rooms and the area are adapted under the "accessible environment" programme and equipped with all elements necessary for citizens with special needs. A total of 120 kinds of state and municipal services are available in the centre. The office is opened seven days per week.

Minnikhanov looked around the centre, got acquainted with the new types of services and also talked to visitors.

Answering the journalists’ questions, Shipov noted that the new centre is one of the largest in Kazan and meets all established standards for multifunctional centres.

He also emphasized that information technologies are widely used in Tatarstan multifunctional centres.
