Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signs a decree reappointing Timur Nagumanov Tatarstan Presidential Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights

On August 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree № UP-563 reappointing Timur Dmitrievich Nagumanov the Commissioner under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights for a period of 5 years.
