The results of the implementation of the consolidated budget of Tatarstan in the first half of 2018 discussed at the Government of the republic

On July 18, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regional video-conference with participation of Regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities of the republic, which discussed the results of the implementation of the regional consolidated budget for the first half of 2018 and set tasks to be addressed by regional financial, treasury and tax agencies of the republic till the end of 2018.

Head of Federal Tax Service of Russia in Tatarstan Marat Safiullin made a keynote report on the results of work of tax agencies for the first half of 2018 and set tasks till the end of 2018.

The regional consolidated budget has received 114.5 billion roubles of tax payments for the first half of this year, for comparison to the same period last year, the budget received 109 billion roubles.

Tatarstan Minister of Finances Radik Gaizatullin reported on the results of the implementation of the consolidated budget of the republic for the first half of 2018 and the tasks of the bodies of the regional financial system till the end of 2018.

In the first half of the current year, the regional consolidated budget received 140,5 billion roubles, including 128.9 billion roubles of tax and non-tax revenues and 11.6 billion roubles of non-repayable revenues.

The priority task till the end of the year is to ensure the full implementation of the current budget execution, its balance, as well as the qualitative formation of the budget for 2019-2021, Minnikhanov said.

He also asked to pay attention to ensuring income growth in the budget as well as tax collection rates of personal income.

Speaking about expenses, Minnikhanov emphasized that it is necessary to organize efficient work on expending of regional and federal funds.
