Rustam Minnikhanov suggests studying the experience of Zaryadye Moscow park and using it in establishment of public spaces in Tatarstan

On July 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the Moscow Urban Forum 2018 (MUF), the topic of which is "Megacity of the Future: New Space for Living". 

This is an international congress in the area of urban planning, architecture, economics and strategic planning of cities. The Forum combines several formats of work such as business programme, MUF Fest city festival, laboratories of city initiatives.

On July 17–18, under the business programme of the forum, over 300 speakers - leading urbanists, mayors of the largest megalopolises, leaders of significant international megaprojects, representatives of global corporations will speak at the MUF.

Before the Forum, Minnikhanov visited Zaryadye park, where during the excursion, Chief Architect of Moscow and Head of the author team of designers Sergey Kuznetsov commented on the high-tech attractions such as Ice Cave, Moscow from a bird's eye view, Time Machine and others.

For example, visitors of the Ice Cave are transferred to the atmosphere of the Far North, where temperature is at a constant below-zero.

Minnikhanov also examined the stands of the MUF’s participants and got acquainted with the new projects in the area of urban development.

According to Minnikhanov, it is necessary to study the experience of Zaryadye park for further use it in the cities of the republic under the programme of establishing public spaces, parks and recreation areas.
