Rustam Minnikhanov meets members of the delegation of the Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Company

On July 7, at their meeting in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and members of the delegation of the Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Company discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of pharmaceutical industry.

As noted at the meeting, Boehringer Ingelheim is a family pharmaceutical company founded in 1885 by Albert Boehringer. Headquartered in Ingelheim (Germany), the Company is one of the world’s 20 leading pharmaceutical companies. The company's representative offices are located all over the world. In Russia, Boehringer Ingelheim opened its office in Moscow in 1992.

Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic Alber Karimov, Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva, Director General of Tatkhimfarmpreparaty Pharmaceuticals Manufacturer Timur Khannov and other officials took part in the meeting.
