Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the Jubilee Medal "20 years of Astana"

On July 5, by order of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev awarded Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with the Jubilee Medal "20 years of Astana".

Minnikhanov thanked Sagintayev for such high distinction and for his hospitality. He wished Astana prosperity, and also assured that he will work for the development of mutual cooperation between Russia and Kazakhstan in future.

The Jubilee Medal "20 years Astana" is a state award of Kazakhstan established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev signed on April 17, 2018 to mark the 20th anniversary of the designation of Astana as the capital of Kazakhstan. Jubilee medals are awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its capital.
