Rustam Minnikhanov is taking part in the 39th meeting of the regional State Council of the fifth convocation

On June 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is taking part in the 39th meeting of the regional State Council of the fifth convocation. 

The agenda of the meeting includes 31 issues, in particular 15 draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan, 8 draft federal laws and a legislative initiative of the Republic of Karelia.

Three draft laws have been prepared for the second reading. The Committee for State Construction and Local Self-Government is initiating a bill on amending certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan drafted to improve the independent assessment of the quality of services provided by organizations in the field of culture, health care, education, social services.

The Committee for Ecology, Natural Resources Management, Agro-Industrial and Food Policy has prepared bills on making amendments to Article 321 of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan and to Article 8 of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Tatarstan for the second reading.

A draft law on the regulation of certain issues in the field of volunteering activities and on amending certain legislative acts of the republic, as well as draft laws amending the Tatarstan Code on the municipal service and a number of laws of the Republic of Tatarstan will be considered during the first reading.

The Committee  for Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurship has prepared two legislative initiatives of the regional State Council on introducing two draft federal laws to the State Duma for consideration at the meeting. They concern the improvement of procurement activities and the exclusion of the use of the Platon system for test vehicles.
