Major repair of 89 of 94 pre-school educational facilities is underway in Tatarstan

On June 16, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that the capital repair of educational facilities is underway.

It is scheduled to overhaul 28 educational institutions, including 16 municipal schools, 12 special schools and 94 pre-school educational institutions.

As of June 14, the capital repair of 13 of 16 municipal schools is underway and 3 facilities are overhauled.

According to Faizullin, it is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps, to construct six new ones and to reconstruct one camp in 2018. As of June 14, the work at 13 of 14 facilities is completed.

Under the capital repair programme of created resource centres with the total amount of funds of 681m380,000 roubles, the works at all planned facilities have been organized.

In 2018, it is also scheduled to overhaul 42 cultural sites. As of June 14, the works at 35 facilities are underway.

The major repair of 28 youth clubs, 38 buildings of executive committees of municipalities and construction of 10 buildings of committees is planned. As of June 14, as many as 26 youth clubs and 21 buildings of executive committees of municipalities are being overhauled.  

It is planned to overhaul 120 buildings of outpatient centres in 2018.

Faizullin also reported on the work on the establishment of a comfortable urban environment in 2018. It is planned to develop 58 facilities in 45 municipalities.

Under the programme of capital repair 120 outpatient centres with the allocated budget of 3b 195m 720,000 roubles are scheduled to be repaired. As of June 14, the works at 101 of 120 facilities are underway.

He also said that 25 facilities, including three sports and two cultural facilities, three social and 12 educational institutions are planned to be adapted under the Accessible Environment programme in 2018.
