Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbaev arrived in Kazan

On June 14, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev, who arrived on a working visit in Kazan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport.

On June 15, Nazarbaev will visit the Kazan Federal University to meet students from Kazakhstan.

A solemn ceremony of awarding Kazakhstan President the title of Honorary Doctor of the Kazan Federal University will take place.

Later on the same day, he is scheduled to visit the Kazan Kremlin, where an exhibition of equipment of large enterprises of the republic will be organized. A bilateral meeting between Nazarbayev and Minnikhanov will take place.

Nazarbayev will also meet Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, who will tell him about the projects implemented by the Revival Regional Foundation.
